Front Garden (Bromley)
This project was interesting as my client wanted a front garden that made her house look more appealing, whilst still providing parking for two cars. The house had a very flat frontage with a driveway taking up 2/3rd’s of the area and the rest being laid to lawn. I explored the idea of adding a small porch to the house with the client, which was accepted. I then created a design that included a porch, removed the small lawn, provided a means of suitable access to the rear of the property flanked by two generous planting areas and provided parking. The pathways and driveways used separate materials to establish separate and distinct areas.
